I've just finished a set of 8 new drop-in rush seats for a furniture maker. Looks straightforward enough until you consider how to make the rush go all the way to the corners, as there are no corner posts in these seats. There's a whole lot of secret stuff going on inside the weave. I'm considering writing it up as an extra chapter for our SitUpon Rush Pattern Book.
